All our WordPress Maintenance plans include Emergency downtime support, what this entails is us restoring the website to a previous backup. The idea behind this is to get your website back up and running as quick as possible – if additional work is required to get the website secure or updated, we will let you know.
We put in place measures to ensure that your website is secure, but unfortunately whilst extremely rare, websites can still be hacked – no website is hack proof. We include website hack recovery in all our plans.
If your website has been hacked before coming onto one of our plans, we can help with recovering the website – price varies based upon the severity of the attack.
Small tasks are generally tasks that take 30 minutes or less for one of our team to take care of. Generally this covers things like updating website content, installing and configuring plugins, minor style tweaks, fixing typos and text corrections, fixing broken pages – and the list goes on!
A small task doesn’t include development time, this is a seperate item and included in some of our plans.

Great question. We do support multi-sites, but the billing structure is a little different to a standard website care plan. Multi-sites are billed at 100% of the plan price for the first site, and every site after is billed at 50%.
So for example, if you have 3 sites on the multi-site, you only essentially pay for 2! (100% + 50% + 50%).
